This is not speculation. It is a growing and documented problem.

Both Microsoft (Bing) and Google publicly claim to protect consumers from fraud, yet their advertising systems continue to approve fake stores, cloned websites, and fraudulent sellers — often within hours — while established, verified, and fully compliant businesses are blocked, restricted, or permanently suspended with little to no explanation.

The result is devastating:

• Consumers are misled into trusting scam websites

What makes this worse is the lack of accountability and transparency. When real businesses appeal, they are met with automated responses, vague policy references, or complete silence — while scammers continue to run active ads.
